Lift stuff, Fight (BJJ, boxing, Muay Thai, Judo. Pick one.), consume lots of red meat, fuk a couple randoms once in awhile.

It’s tough boyo. And it’s some sick joke that the longer you feel stuck, the deeper you fall into the pit. Such a bad feeling.

You have to want to get out of the rut. It fukkn sucks to hear, but unless you want to change no advice will stick. Be out in nature more, even if it’s just a mile walk in a park. The sunlight and air will immediately make a difference.

Drink plenty of water, eat filling and good meals. Avoid chit like drugs, alcohol, etc at least until you’re back to normal. Learn a new skill or find a hobby. You don’t have to immediately be good at it, and take the pressure off that by spending time doing this you’re wasting your life or something.

Find someone you trust and talk to them. Talk therapy is amazingly effective. If you can’t find a friend (very hard to have a friend where you’re both emotionally intelligent enough to discuss stuff like this) then go to a therapist. Not a psychiatrist because they can prescribe medicine, and hopping onto pills from the get go without addressing the root cause will only leave you dependent on drugs.

1. Keep perspective. Never forget about those who have things even worse than you do.


2. Stay focused on what positives you do have. Write a list and read it to yourself daily if need be, or however works for you. Any type of positives will do, no matter how big or small.

3. Remember there are people who do care. I don't know you, but all bs aside, I wish the best for my fellow miscers. I'm sure most of us do.
