I was looking for your squat vids one time because I saw the thread forgot to look and then they are gone.

At 52, I was squatting and deadlifting 600+ and benching mid-300s.

At the risk of embarrassing Flex I'll do a little bragging
I haven't done DLs since @ 1993, as I had/have lower back issues. When I started back lifting @ 10 years ago I did not include DLs. I do pullups, pulldowns, seated rows, lunges, bent over rows, hyperextensions, etc. but stayed away from DL out of fear
Several weeks ago I said screw it
I started with 25lb plates. Did three sets 20 reps to see how it felt and ensure proper form. Was going to see how it felt the next day. Nothing ... nada ... zip
Bumped up to 45lb plates .... same thing
Today three reps with 275lbs. I can feel a slight tightness in my lower back very slight
My goal was to hit 300lb by my 66th birthday in June, but now it is by end of April. I'm doing DLs every three days from here on regardless of everything else but am increasing slowly for sure
I should have done this years ago
