the macros seem fine, but we can't tell if you're training correctly or eating enough calories. we need to know your training program and TDEE (200-300 surplus is ideal for natties)
who knows, maybe you don't even need a caloric surplus to build muscle if you have insane genetics or you are a beginner. there are so many variables here so it's hard to give an answer that doesn't have a ton of nuance to it

Looks good. I'm shorter than you and used to weigh less. In my opinion you don't need more than 8 sets a week per bodypart to get big, but your mileage may vary.

For cutting? I'm 5'8" 144lbs and 32 y/o and my maintenance is around 2600-2700 calories to give you an idea. I try to eat around 3000 per day right now. Only macros that I follow usually land my fats between 70-100g a day, 140-180g of protein and the rest carbs. I know I don't need this much protein but it usually comes pretty easy for me to hit these numbers.

You have to do it for a month and review the results. You may not gain ANY muscle. It comes down to training and how those calories relate to your maintenance. Below, you won't gain, Too high above and you'll put on too much fat. 2,180? You'll never nail your calories that close especially consistently. That's why with any program\diet, you need to try it and see where it takes you.
If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough
