I hated high school (everything seems impossibly difficult with like 6 homework assignments everyday and required reading), college was easier by a long shot (but it was still difficult, but not as retarded as HS)

Work is easy. Sometimes when I visit Temecula, I see the elementary school and I'm like damn it looks nothing like it used to. Those were the best times.

Now it looks like a prison.

I moved back near my family 6 or 7 years ago and I drive by my school from time to time just for those feels.

The school is very close to my parents house. First few years after graduating I used to remember stuff about it but now it is just a random building for me

Been about a decade and I drive by it usually a couple times a year at least. Looks the same from the road I drive on, but I'm sure the other side is different. Mild and dull bad feelings about how I was so cringe and awkward in HS, mixed with a reminder of how isolated and foreign it feels to be a student compared to an adult in the outside world lol.
