So, as the title suggests, I was wondering if I would get some help, advice, tips, and recommendations over some preworkouts. I used to work out say from 2014 until around 17 and was into everything hardcore but migraines sidelined me. Over the last 3 months, I have gotten back into the gym. I want to venture back into preworkout but only the ones that wont aggravate my migraines and my Gerd. So, if you guys know of any......Thanks!!!
Personally I’m not a fan of “pump” preworkouts because most are underdosed minus the stimulants. The only one that has a large sum of active ingredients is gorilla mode only because it has 10 grams of citrulline along with a hefty amount of glycerol (which kills the taste).
If it’s an AM workout on an empty stomach I’m a fan of increasing acetyl choline and dopamine for training drive. For that a combo of alcar, tyrosine and caffeine I’ve always been a fan of.
Biotest used to make something called brain candy which I was a huge fan of (I just didn’t like the sucralose). Had alcar, cdp choline, dmae among a few others. Great combo you can make on your own.
I've been using Super Human Pump by Alpha Lion for the past few weeks and really like it so far. I try to go stim free cause I'm a coffee junky in the mornings and I typically workout in the mornings.
