Unfortunately this way of life has been going on now into the 4th or 5th generation.
People think this is a normal way of life.

My Daughter...Age 38...eats and feed my Grandkids this way, she just gives me a glazed look and says..."Well then why does the store sell it if it can't be eaten"


Take that one.....BTW....her and her husband are 40% BF

my least favorite thing about them is due to them being a majority all they have to do is gang up on those who diet. another Idiots in groups mentality, kind of like my retarded high school where the girls would often make fun of the only FEMALE virgin in class. knew alot of in shape ones who had a discontent look in college as a result

yeah same here. i have 2 grandgirls and they get fed junk all the time..sometimes "decent" home cooked food,but mostly junk. Funny though when i say "they need water"..i get "well they are drinking juice" .."umm yeah its filled with sugars and other additives that are NOT healthy" lol..like they dont get it. Literally EVERYTHING is full of unhealthy bad additives. We need to eat like people at 100 years ago. That is what needs to be taught.

yeah..its a never ending fight. heaven forbid people take some pride and put importance on their ONE body. Hey i like junk foods like everyone else. Heck people here know the struggle i had. AND yes i do give myself a cheat day on saturdays. BUT heck most times i eat healthy anyways with one meal being not great OR just one portion of the meal not great. Once you learn to control your brain and urges its a whole new world out there.

I know right? from freshman year to sophmore I DOUBLED my lifts (and NEVER brought this up to anyone first either year) but because I lost lots of bodyfat as well, I looked in clothes smaller than I was and they weren't aware bodyfat takes up 5x more space than muscle. I don't think I'm going to want to go to high school reunion. THATS the main beef I have with them, with a distant second being taxes or whatever the fit get charged with to help pay for their needs

Less and less activity. Gym and exercise class are no longer required in schools, Internet and connected devices seems to be the most important aspect of survival.
