Forgot the numbers but I believe you have to take a **** load of it to get benefits beyond tingly fingers. More than what preworkouts carry.

Yes, it works. It's not going to perform miracles though, but plenty of studies on it showing that it'll increase endurance and allow you to squeeze out some more reps on high rep sets.

I like the tingles, but if you want to blunt them, take your beta alanine with food.

I just switched back to amino energy. I must be sensitive to the tingles so said **** it

Yes it works. Gotta get a bag of it by itself though because pre-workouts don't have enough. It takes a long time to load it too. I don't get any side effects except nausea if I take too much. Makes me feel amazing for a couple hours.
