I just find it hilarious how these gaming sites are deciding to take a stance on the Israel Palestine situation, one of the most divisive and long standing political conflicts around where both parties have been awful.

It's like this is where being shameless hardcore SJW eventually gets you, it starts out with them bullying people over their politics and aggressively pushing their ideology. Eventually they become so emboldened by their political aggression that they start to do things that are highly divisive and offensive to the international community. At this point they have gone far beyond simply pissing off a few conservatives, they are taking a stance on a religious war and pissing off people all across the globe.

The IGN situation is especially hilarious because IGN has IGN Israel, and you can imagine how furious they were at IGN America for supporting Palestine. This has no doubt created tons of internal conflict, and it's not like it's the type of conflict that SJW's enjoy either. This is full scale religious war, and they inserted themselves in the middle of it.

Ever since youtubers took off video games websites and their journalists have become irrelevant. It used to be fun just to read gaming sites to keep in touch but ever since politics became a big thing in these sites that went away, now they are essentially just glorified political bloggers, and their audience has become highly political as a result. So if you want to just get informed about gaming related stuff, stick to youtubers. They actually stay on topic and you can just straight up watch someone playing whatever video game so you can get a good sense if it's something you would like.
