I'm trying to decide if I have been wearing T-shirts too small this entire time. I'm 6'3 200 lbs and primarily wear size medium T-shirts. But it seems like most of you boios are wearing shirts Large - XXXL
Is the sleeve suppose to stop mid upper arm or should it almost touch your inner elbow? Which fit is best?
Fit 1
Fit 2 (what a medium looks like on a twink like me)
Fit 3

"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

It really just depends. I like the fit of #2 the most. Its not tight/snug. But it fits well. I'm 5'8 183 and wear a large t-shirt. If I'm just hanging around the house/yard I like a XL because its a bit looser. (Fits like shirts in #1).
I have a hard time believing someone over 200lbs can fit in a medium shirt. I put one on and its super tight. Everywhere but especially across the chest/upper back. I'm also not a nattycel so that's probably a facter as well.

We're very close the same size and I wear a large in most everything. Even when I was 240 I still wore a large. I would get mediums now but my arms are so long I look like a retard in them.
Most of my shirts look like the guy on the right in fit 1 except the sleeves are shorter since my arms are disproportionately long6'2"

I am not tiny waisted, but at 6'2" finding dress shirts and t shirts that both fit the shoulders and chest, yet don't have an extra yard of fabric in the midsection is tough.
And avoiding belly shirts is tough because apparently most shirts are made for 5' tall ogres with pot bellies.See BrianDaMans sig.

fit 1 on the left (dude with the mustache and mickey shirt) is how i roll most of the time - just add fanny pack and substitute crocs for slides
that said its clearly a casual look and i prefer to be casual as much as possible because i value my comfort and autonomy
fit 2 is a solid look for when you want to be more presentable and is an important look to have and be able to implement well
fit 3 is no go for me tbh because its too far in the direction past fit 1 - an oversized tshirt will emphasize traps, shoulders, chest and that can be good or bad aka if you got em they show through but if you dont you look like the girlfriend wearing her mans shirtcrocs at the gym crew

Really depends on the shirt itself and just how it looks on you personally more than anything else.
Anything that's overly tight around your stomach is an absolute no go unless it's totally flat. The shirt could be perfect everywhere else but if it hugs your mid section and you have even a little bit of a stomach it will just draw all the attention straight to it. It amazing how many people especially women don't get this.

Fit 3 is for scrawny wimps and gigantic masses of muscle, so if you're in the middle you would probably want to be somewhere in the middle for the best look.
Also if you're actually Auston Matthews then you'll look silly w/that mustache no matter which shirt you wear.Lifting. Hockey. Headbanging.

I know a few places that sell Tall Mediums. Old Navy, for one. After awhile you experiment enough to where you know what brands make shirts that fit well. Try Anvil Midweights.

Im a fit2 kind of guy, but lately ive been enjoying fit1 a lot. Comfortable as fuk and actually looks aesthetic too. doesnt hurt having GOAT forearms.

Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."
