Being big should be your #1 goal when you choose to lift or workout. Being big and more bulked up is a lot more attractive than thin ripped. You also have a better chance at defending yourself in a street fight when you have a lot of size on your frame as it’ll give your punches more power while also allowing you to absorb damage.

You also won’t get tossed around or taken down if you’re a big dude.

I would literally sprint away from your 'attempt' at a charge and then jump on your back instantly putting you in a sleeper hold. You're now being strangled by a bloke with decent strength, your airways are now blocked and you're panicking. You start stumbling because you're so god damn fat that you lose your own balance and drop to the ground allowing me even easier access to the sleeper hold just exerting more force

-More masculinity
- Female attraction
- other men take you serious and respect you
- You’re seen as a mature responsible man rather than a pretty f**boy causing trouble
- More intimidation which means you’re less likely to get bullied, mugged, harassed
- Lift more weight in the gym
- Don’t have to eat like a little girl (tracking every calorie, salads, diet drinks, fasting)
- More confidence
