Amateurs looking like pro-bodybuilders and even better..

Not sure how many of you guys have IG, but on IG you will see 100's of folks (both men and women) who are not at the pro level yet their physiques are insane. And when I say physiques I am not talking aesthetic or built I am talking about huge, ripped, vascular the whole 9 yards.

I know folks are ON as fitness is a BIG thing now and people get paid on IG or Youtube, but this is more than just ON, these folks look incredible and almost flawless and are not even known in the bodybuilding industry nor are they pros and anyway.

I've seen some who seem to stay both big and ripped year round. The amount of supplements necessary to do that is certainly not healthy, and one writer believes this will lead to some significant negative (even fatal) consequences in the future.

But I agree: a lot of folks look great! And many are uploading videos . . . so this isn't just a good physique turned great with Photoshop

I don't use IG but most of them I see on youtube are definitely not natty. They get all butthurt when someone calls them out too. Some of them are just so ridiculously geared up it's just silly.

That's how they make their income though. Selling supps (or just sponsoring), programs ect. to people who are pretty much naive. If they admitted they were on gear I suppose it would be like the magician showing you how they do the trick before they do it.

A lot of my favorite youtubers are on gear but at least they aren't trying to fool anyone into thinking they aren't Juji, Larry Wheels, John Meadows, Greg Doucette.

Alan Thrall, Johnny Candito and Clarence Kennedy too but pretty sure they are natty, just powerlifters.

I have seen many that do look good all year round and agree that it seems they don't cycle, maybe because they are getting paid to look good. The negative consequences of taking like Anna Varr without a break is very elevated liver enzymes, jaundice and atherosclerosis and yes can be fatal easy for these guys.

I suppose its because of the internet I think, so much useful information on how to work out that was hard to find years ago. I remember going to the gym as a teenager not knowing what to do, the big guys were all a secret society guarding their trade secrets.

Look at musicianship, so much information out there now on how to play the guitar, youtube is full of Eddy VanHalens and Jimmy Pages that can play any song note for note. Years ago it took hundreds of hours of practice and wearing the grooves out of records to rip off the solos...now there is tab and instruction directly on what you are looking for
