I stepped on the scale first time in a long time and I’m 315lbs. I use to be a kickboxer in shape and full of energy. I can’t even go to the gym because they are closed in my state. My clothes don’t fit and get out of breath when I tie my shoes. Where should I start?????

Buy a food scale, download myfitnesspal or other calorie tracking app, learn to track out how much food you're actually eating every day.All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

Diet tracking as mentioned in posts above
Walking (put a step counter on your phone)
Bodyweight exercises to start- pushups, situps/leg raises, bodyweight squats, lunges, stepups on 2 stairs. Pullups and reverse row (reverse row is just pullup on a much lower angle). There are so many exercises you can do starting out the first couple months that won't require any weights and when you do start with weights your joints, tendons, ligaments and muscles will be prepared.
