Best multivitamin

Hey guys, was just wondering (for anyone who has) had any experiences with multivitamins, which out of the following are superior;

ON opti men
NOW adam
Orange Triad
Source Naturals Life Force

I’m looking to probably only take a half dosage of any of these, rather than the standard 4, 6 or 8 pill servings. Was also just wondering which one would be best for erection quality as well (so gaining consensus on overall best, and best for this specific area)

I understand there are plenty of threads on this topic already, however most of them are nearly a decade (or more) old. Was just wanting to get some updated opinions, and even if there’s any that I haven’t listed that could be better.

Orange Triad is fantastic! I don't believe a multi will help with issues down stairs though..

I would opt for Triad, as it covers your vitamins/minerals, joint & immune support. I would, however, utilize it at the full dosage to ensure you're getting the proven/studied amounts of each ingredient.

I've been on the Controlled Labs Orange Triad train for a very long time, currently Buy 1, Get 1 50% off. Good amounts and forms. Also a joint support and digestion/immune support.

I don't see why a multi would be the choice for ED

I’m opting to only take half dosage due to the fact that I’m not doing too much heavy activity lately, and also due to genetic hair loss. When I take full doses of these things, I seem to shed a lot more hair. I forgot to say, I have actually tried opti men for a few months (only taking one pill a day rather than 3) and it actually made me see a lot less hairs falling out.
