So I’m planning on beginning my first proper bulk, been training since March and started off at 66kg, now weigh 69kg at 5’9.
Current lifts:
Deadlift - 150kg/330lbs (sumo)
Squat - 110kg/242lbs
Bench - 75kg/165lbs
Ideally I’d like to get up to about a 80kg body weight and get the deadlift up to 200, squat 140 and bench 100.
Physique currently is quite poor and small imo would like to be a lot thicker which will obviously come along with a bulk. But I’d like to know if I have any majorly lacking areas I need to bring up or how I can improve in general.
