When I do face pulls, my left biceps keep on getting activated for some reason. I've tried watching videos to try and alleviate this but it's still activating. I'm forcing my shoulders back and down throughout the movement so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Lower the weight. When you go to heavy on an exercise other involved muscles can have greater degree of activation
