I am looking to set up a garage gym. A 6x14 rogue rack will accommodate a rack mounted belt squat, reverse hyper, and .50 cal trolley system and have an open station. The other option would be to get a smaller rig/power rack and get the stand alone version of the belt squat and reverse hyper. Any advice?

Thanks. Let me rephrase. I know I am getting those pieces of equipment. The question is if anyone here knows advantages/disadvantages of the standalone vs rack mounted versions. The question is whether to get a larger rig and mount the RH and BS in the rig or smaller rig and get stand alone versions of RH and BS. I suspect it may just come down to best utilizing the space available.

My answer is gunna sound crazy but trust me it’s not. In my experience working out in my two car garage obviously space is a problem so you have to move stuff and be creative so yes I sold my standalone westside hyper in 2011 and built a tank of a rack mountable one that legit works the same with the same specs and pillow block system as Louie’s but the problem is I use it one tenth as much as the real one did and the simple reason why is it takes 5 minutes to set up as opposed to the standalone where I kept the plates on it and could literally use it whenever with no set up so I’d find myself doing it twice during squat workouts and for five minutes randomly during the day as opposed to now when I set it up once a month lol but I’m lazy so take it with a grain of salt

Vote for separate. Will give you more flexibility in space as time evolves...and we all need to reconfigure for space from time to time so this matters no matter how well you initially plan.

Haven't been able to "rep" many of you for a year or more...not for lack of trying.
