    What do you take to lunch everyday?

    Just curious for some new ideas. I usually don't eat lunch but reconsidering this year.

    I opt for a boring and light lunch so I can get a little crazy for dinner. I usually have a chicken salad with a homemade "healthy" ranch dressing.

    A total of like 260 kcals of mostly protein.

    Leftovers from the night before if we cooked, so usually a protein source, some veggies, and a carb/starch; also I usually pack a piece of fruit and a cup of greek yogurt (morning snack) and a quest bar (for an afternoon snack).

    If I didn't pack a lunch then I'll eat something close to my work, usually Subway or some other choice where I can get an idea of how many calories I'm consuming.
    All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

    Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

    i'm very curious with my day to day intake, i start with healthy breaksfast that includes fresh seasonal juice,cereals with warm milk and boiled eggs or fruits, for lunch i take same fresh caesar salad and boiled chicken and same goes for my dinner.
