Loved scream. a new version with some more focus ingredients, no BA or bcaa's. Keep the caffeine at 300mgs.

I liked Carbon prep a lot, too bad it didn't do well. Something with

Citrulline - 6g
Vaso 6 - 300mg
Tyrosine - 1-2g
Rhodiola Rosea - 300-500mg
Betaine TMG - 2-3g
Vitamin B12 - 1000-2000% RDA
Glucuronolactone - 1-2g

would be great, personally I can't do cholinergics/nootropics and beta alanine bothers my gut so I rather not have those.

BB. Com signature bars are very good. So maybe go after a protein cookie. Texture like Lenny & Larry not like the ProSupps or MT cookies.

I would like to see you folks make a "food bar" whey protein isolate with good clean carb sources , sweet potato , yam , oats . no maltodextrin ......... no filler ingredients . something simple with a short ingredient list . the current bodybuilding.com bars are very good by the way .

I like the food bar idea!

I've actually been making a meal replacement shakes at home for the last 4 years and initially lost 82lbs. in the first 18 months on it, and have been using it for cutting/recomp cycles for maintenance ever since, and have kept the weight off. It would be super easy to replicate in manufacturing *hint hint* ForumNature

Honestly, I owe it all to this forum. It sounds simple, but the whole Calories in Calories out thing is the only way to go! It is one of those things I should have known, but I just needed the "boost" from other here.

This is a huge request and probably just a pipe dream since I think it would require brand new manufacturing processes or something but with the stripped down ingredients lists in the bb.com sig series line I figure I'll float the idea out...

It would be really cool to be able to order items like PWO with custom amounts/custom blends of active ingredients but paired with the flavors that are available. So I could say I want a Blueberry Lemonade PWO with 200 mg caffeine and my bro who is a stim junkie and allergic to beta-alanine (not really just my 2 seconds thought example) could get one with 500 mg caffeine and no beta-alanine.

I agree with this. I can't do creatine, but I would love to add in all the other extras.
