I feel like lately people are too caught up in herbal detoxes, keto diets, paleo diets, etc... I am here to clear up dieting. Wanting to lose weight is a very simple formula. Calories in must be less than calories out. Your caloric choices should be made to benefit yourself and make weight loss easiest on yourself. Whether you eat one meal or six meals, your body will lose weight if tracking correctly. I find that people get too fixated on fad diets. Find something that you can do long term and be happy with. I find that my body operates best with 6 meals and Low GI carbs. This is just what works for me.
