Haven't really bothered using any in years. I've tried stuff like ZMA, DAA, etc. in the past. IIRC the idea was that they could get you to your natural max levels, but obviously aren't magic pills or OJ.
I'm 36 now and just joined a gym for the first time. I've always just worked out with a bunch of dumb bells I have at home, but I'd like to push myself and see what I can do with proper equipment. So I was hoping there might be a OTC product that could help.
thanks

Took one just to see if I'd notice anything. I have a high amount of estrogen in my body, so I figured maybe a booster with a estro regulator in it would do something.
Wrong.
Did nothing. The only benefit was that I paid $11 for a $60 booster due to the employee discount at my job.
Did raise my libido a bit, but when you have a girlfriend that never loves on you it just makes it more frustrating than enjoyable..
That being said, my squat did go up by 65lbs, but I would attribute that more so to my current bulk and training routine.
Save your money. If your worried about your test levels, then get blood work done. See where your at, discuss it with your physician, and see what your options are.
