Oh hey! Sup dudes?
- Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

Administrative, management and marketing roles most of my career. Degree required.
Speaking of early morning workouts during Covid when I was strictly WFH I shifted to working out before lunch or dinner. I liked it for eating scheuled as I hate eating in the morning and prefer to fast till lunch or dinner. I went back to 4am workouts about a year ago and I gotta say there is just something about it for me, makes my whole day better, feel like everything in life is just more aligned when I bang out some lifting first thing in the morning. I just hate eating breakfast, the only thing about morning lifting that doesn't seen to make sense for me.

Happy holidays, friends!
I love snow. I was dreaming of a White Xmas this year and...disappointed.
Tokyo usually has 9-10 snow days each year, they say. Sad, I only have experienced snow for 0-3 days where I live as far as I can remember.
Wish you all a happy new year!🌺 Lauren Brooks Kelly (snailsrus) - Jul 25, 1991 – Jan 29, 2022
