Big traps and small shoulders and chest

Is there a genetic reason why my traps are so much bigger and grow better than any body part? I don’t even directly work them. The current routine I’m doing has me hitting everything pretty well. It’s called PHAT. Any advice to bringing up my chest and shoulders? It’s been 3years of training and progress should be better. I do shoulder press, lateral raises, bent over lateral raises, and upright rows, for chest I do bench, incline bench, cable flys, and dips.. I weigh 193 right now.

Here’s the pic below not flexed.

Your shoulders and traps look proportional to me, but the chest is a little smaller. It all comes now to genetics. Just work more on your chest.
