So this morning after taking the morning restroom use before stepping on the scale, I went in front of the mirror and flexed my thigh muscles. I finally was able to see some of the separation of the muscles in my quads! this is after 3 months of cutting and it motivated the heck out of me! I know as I keep going I'm going to see more and more of it become leaner, just wanted to share this moment with you guys.

Nice to see the fruits of your labor.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.
