CL Orange brain wash

Just used last serving of MAN BrainBridge I bought a while ago but best news is I just placed an order for a tub of this and can't wait. Went with Lemon Frost. Also got a bottle of Orange Triad and Genoflex. Several long time staples I use. Now need to use up my old Gamer Up tubs I have. Actually been using it a bit more for weekend afternoon pick me ups and enjoying more than when I originally got and used them.

So I've been away from the gym for almost a year and I'm going back this week.. I've actually had my interest peaked by taking an "all day energy, focus enhancing, mood enhancing" supplement like this - I didn't know CL just came out with this so I'm very excited! (Always had great success with CL products). Anyways - I'm going to be working out at like 5:30AM or so, head into work at about 7AM and leave work at about 5PM (finance/sales). Would it be too early to take it before my workout and expect it to last all day? Should I just take it sometime mid-morning? Suggestions? Not sure I'd want to take a PWO - then take this later on.. But maybe that's ok! I don't know.. Thanks guys!

there isnt an OTC product out there that will last all day. Stimulants like caffeine tend to last 4-5 hours max.

You can take it more than once a day if needbe

Half lives are too short for anything to be all day. Personal preference where you take it, but with 150mg caffeine as the stimulant base and a full 12 hour day for consideration, you may want more than one serving of one product just one time. I think if I were in that scenario I"d be taking a strong pre workout when I got up and something along the lines of Brainwash in the afternoon when the day started to feel really long. Of course, you could take Brainwash pre solo or maybe stack it with a pump type product or add citrulline, etc...and again in the afternoon...which could help keep total daily caffeine intake down if you cared to do so...lots of options on the market these days.

you can certainly take it as your pre. you should take it pre in your circumstance
