Had one scoup, didn’t feel a thing. Next workout I doubled it up and had two scoops which equates to 600mg caffeine. Still didn’t feel a thing. I don’t have any other caffeine in my diet, don’t drink coffee and I’ve only just started taking ore workout again after 3 years out. What’s wrong with me body

I have some and I get the beta alinine itches for a bit then I’m focused and feel great throughout my workout. Not sure what you’re expecting.Originally Posted by YouthAVFC
