from what I gather, the Rogue doesn't have as much whip, and the nicer coated Rogue bar is $355 plus $15 shipping...I'd rather pay a little more for the bar that everyone uses personally

I think the tensile strength is like 3-4000 different. Does that make much of a difference on flex? No sarcasm actually wondering.

Maybe people weren't used to them, since probably 95% of people don't have one at their gym. Atleast I got an answer on Jake johns poor performance, he said he cut 40 pounds the week of the meet. He was gunna put up a nasty total too

The gym I lift at has a red cerakote Rogue deadlift bar. I can confirm it has less whip to it than a Texas Deadlift Bar.

If you ask Kabuki yes the tensile strength makes the bar stiffer. If you ask the rest of the metallurgists around the world no it does not. Bar diameter(thinner), length(longer) and how far out the plates are placed will increase whip.

just talked to Sarah Lewis...she had to pull on a Rogue DL bar recently instead of a Texas and said it was like pulling on a stiff bar and that she hated it lol

sample size of 1 and all that...but 500+ conventional hook grip puller fwiw

Idk about you guys but if I'm paying someone to coach me (and all of these so called experts charge a lot) and I get a IG story saying I was at a meet I'll get you program etc to you when I get back I'd be pissed.

I wouldn't say it's like pulling on a stiff bar as it still has more whip than a stiff bar. If you're use to pulling on a Texas Deadlift bar you'll definiteyl feel the difference though.

The health,life, and available equipment definitely punched that in the face. I haven't even benched with my feet down in over a year do to not having anything resembling a comp bench. Also haven't back squatted in over a year. You still my front runner for when the run for natty elite starts. You just gotta let me do traps every workout......srs.......very srs

I very much doubt they are exactly the same dimensions. The Texas has much thicker collars placing the plates put farther.

Yes, in the video he mentions oscillation.. that's whip... Also having heard back from people taking to him about the squat bar he says his squat bar feel stiffer then the much thicker mastodon or just as stiff because of the "superior" tensile strength....

I'm most excited about the western teams left right now. Winnipeg and Vegas both have great things going for sure. Caps have been playing well too. Don't really care about the caps but was happy to see them get past the penguins for once.

Still a bit sour about the officiating during the BOS/TOR series, but Toronto fukked themselves over hard the first two games. Another few years they might be good to get to the end I think. Average players age is like 15 ffs.

Got on board all the Phoenix teams cause never had a “home team” so I grew up cowboys/stars/rangers/Lakers (lived in ft worth; Lakers just cause I loved magic) so I was a little pissed when Vegas finally got a pro team. More salt when they kept thwamping the Yotes.

Arian will know way more then me, but I think she first had a problem with usapl being **** so she claimed she was going to compete at ipf worlds under the Bahamas or some island as she has duel citizen ship. Then the ipf said they weren't letting the islands compete so she said **** everybody and is doing drug tested uspa now.
