I've only tried Liftmode and the HCL works great most of the time (FAA never did ANYTHING for me). To the people saying it's addictive...only if you take it all the time. I usually save it for the weekends.

Any other brands anyone has tried that worked better than Liftmode?

propranolol pretty much just blocks the fight or flight response, it won't turn an introvert into an extrovert unless you're introverted because you get nervous when speaking/meeting people

the combination of gabaergic and dopaminergic activity in phenibut will kill anxiety (gaba agonost effects) and make you actually want to talk to people (dopaminergic effects) so it can turn an introvert into an extrovert

average dose is prolly around 1.5g
i would start from 500mg, see how it effects you and go up from there

other than the dopaminergic effects it is a stronger (mg for mg) version of baclofen, which is a well studied and semi-commonly prescribed medication

if taken twice a week (maximum 3x a week) at a consistent dosage it's a safe compound if you don't overdo it which is true for all drugs

Because it's been used in Russia since the 60's. Yes, it can be dangerous if you don't follow the directions and start using it recreationally, but if you only use it occasionally (once, twice a week at most) then you'll be fine and you won't build up a tolerance. I've been using it for 2+ years when I know I'm in for a rough/stressful day. 2-3g and some caffeine and you're good to go.

I've never upped the dose beyond that.

Bought propranolol online a year ago to take before presentations.. haven't looked back or regretted it once. Went from shaking and stuttering during presentations to absolutely owning them (feeling confident enough to walk around, welcoming people to ask questions, etc. during presentations). As someone above mentioned, it won't make you more extroverted or anything like that. It just helps prevent the physical effects of adrenaline, like shaking or sweating.

I use it maybe once a month and have not any negatives. It has actually changed my life.
