One thing youll find with titan fitness is that quality ranges - look for reviews on specific products before ordering. Id say the rack and multigrip bar are "acceptable" quality. The strap safeties are outstanding quality.
They have improved the rack relative to some older reviews I saw before ordering. The finish was nice and matte, not glossy. The holes are laser cut. The welds certainly could have been better but they were far from booger welds. It has rubbed off a bit where the safeties and j hooks make contact. The weight posts have had paint/powdercoat rubbed off where they slide.
Olympic rings and fat grips are a good value for generic equipment.
I have ordered their mini farmer walk handles and sandwich j hooks (after seeing a post about titan j hook failure) and look forward to using these.

I just ordered this against my usually wait for opinions mode of operation hopefully it doesn't spontaniously explode and kill everyone and everything within a 3 mile radius of my house.Best Lifts

You're headed in the right direction moving from a cheap squat rack (without spotter stands I assume) to a power rack. Lifting cars and baby oil contests aside, equipment that carries a good reputation and a good track record will at least hold it's value when you're ready to sell it.
Titan stuff is functional, sure, but if anyone here had to pick one brand that would be the most likely to have a catastrophic failure, it would be Titan. It's not cheap because it's priced aggressively, it's cheap because the workmanship is cheaper than the competition.▇ ▅ █ ▅ ▇ ▂ ▃ ▁ ▁ ▅ ▃ ▅ ▅ ▅ ▇

I made the jump to a rogue rack recently and I do have some observations that may or may not be vallid because I was using a 2x3 t3 and now have a 3x3 monster lite.
First the flanges on the pullup bars are about 1/2 the thickness of the rogue unit which could have been a contributor to the sway of the t3 when doing anything with rings or dips on the matidor attachment. The new rack is a 3x3 design though and may just feel more rigid because of this.
I like the adjustment of the titan jhooks a little better. the holes vs pin size seems greater than that of the rogue. It seemed easier to adjust in a hurry. This could also be a negative though as there was a little extra slop built in.
The titan j cups may be functionally nicer than those of the rogue. the uhmw fits tighter and my sets angled up ever so slightly on the bottom so they kept the bar pretty well locked in place while setting up for bench and squat where it seems ti roll/slide around in the rogue ones more easily. May get used to this over time but only been using them for a week.
Powdercoat and welds are prettier and thicker. My t3 was before they started changing their pc though and the new stuff seems much more like Rogue.
I like the width of the titan t3 much more than the width of the monsterlite. the ml pullup bar is about 1 inch longer plus 1 inch per side for the 3x3 posts.
The mounting flanges on the safety spotter arms along with the gusseting plate are much thicker on the Rogue.
As a note the mounting flanges on the flip down safeties were thicker like those of the rogue pullup bars and spotter arms so this could be a design change in later model titan racks.
If I wouldn't have wanted more height and working room and if I wouldn't have gotten a decent deal on the squat stands I'm converting I would not have made the switch.Best Lifts

about 30% including accessories and their value which honestly was what I started it at. I should have aimed higher but was trying to get it gone asap as I didn't have room for 2 racks sitting here. I have piles of plates everywhere now while I wait on my weight storage now as it is.
I wrote it wrong I lost 30% and got about 70% of value.Last edited by lsi1; 02-23-2018 at 09:45 AM.

CL markets are funny. Here junk will sell in days at 50%, better stuff takes months for 60-70%.

Only Titan products I have used so far are the GHD and foldable 45 hyper. Ive only had them a short while, but they are both solid.
So I decided to take a chance and placed a couple orders last weekend. Have recieved the 1st order, other should be here monday.
Went with the X3 short stands with spotter arms, half rack conversion kit with pin safeties, adjustable monolifts, sandwich J cups, 5 pairs of J cup style holders, and multigrip bar.
From what Ive recieved, its as you would expect. Ugly welds, some paint chips, blah, blah....same stuff.
They did make a mistake and sent me the T3 conversion kit. Not the X3. So all my X3 plate holders would sit crooked...not good. Hopefully I can get thru tomorrow and get it straightened out.
For those of you who had problems with your order, did they have you return the wrong item? Or did they just send you the correct item and let you keep the mistake?

At the risk of bringing down the wrath of the forum here I ran across my first Rogue item I like less than the Titan version.
I had the Titan y dip attachment. Mine was very nice it was finished in a smooth powder coat with very clean welds and uhmw that protected the rack on the 3 inch flat face of the rack. The rogue ml version is their textured pc with no uhmw lining on the inside of the attachment piece.
I would have kept my Titan version except I thought steam was going to come out of my wife's ears when I told her that I was gonna drill holes into the new rack I just spent all that money on so I put the drill away and broke out the credit card instead.Best Lifts

Got my second VP in a few days ago.
Bought one for my fiance for Xmas. Really ugly, inner handles slightly crooked, welds look like I asked some random soccer mom to weld, missing bolt (found one and used a spare ratchet). But I love it.
Because the handles are slightly crooked (and I told them it could lead to muscle imbalances) they sent me another. Was on backorder. Much much better quality than the first. Straight. Welds better. Actually came with the bolt. Only thing is the bolt is slightly off center but I don't think that will mean anything.
So. I love it. If you took it away from me I would definitely buy the bwtg one for $150. Don't notice any slippage due to non powder coat. I say buy one.
This isn't my post but I saw this on reddit.

Picked up a T-3 just came today. Overall for the price I paid I’m happy with it. Finish is decent only a couple of scrapes but it will get more scraped as I use it. Lots of options available and the free shipping is awesome. Really want to get a set of adjustable mono lifts to round out my build. Going to put the cable setup on it for the wife as she wants that part. Have extra pieces left that I won’t be using i.e. Plate Holders, Big and Small Pull Up Bar not sure what I will do with those.

LOL...I completely forgot about that. I dont think it would have been much anyways.
I went with the foldable due to space considerations. Didnt bother searching for any other units, cuz it was foldable or nothing. For my purposes, its fine. rated at 250lbs, but its sturdy doing extensions with my 175lbs and 2 50lb DBs....probly more.
I only got the Titan one cuz I had points to spend and it was cheaper. Otherwise, the Stamina on Amazon is the way to go. They look to be exactly the same.

Aww fuq I wish I would have known about them last year when I was ready to buy home gym equipment. Now I am getting the urge to get rid of my T-3 36" Deep power rack from Titan for https://www.repfitness.com/pr-3000 or even the "Short" version in the 3050.
I am curious on whether or not some of my Titan products will fit on that rack, such as the Y Dip bar, mono adjustable attachments, and the multi-grip pull up bar. I am wanting to move my stuff from my detached garage into my basement as the weather here in Ohio is all over the place, so I am leaning more towards the shorter rack. Any insight?
I may use my tax return for the new rack and keep the attachements. Maybe cut up the old rack into that DIY belt squat http://www.garagegymreviews.com/diy-belt-squat-machine/.............USPA.............
