IMO heavy cream just tastes better and mixes easier than butter in coffee.

Butter seems to have a negative effect on total/HDL ratio (http://ajcn.nutrition.org/content/77/5/1146.long#sec-9) which is worth mentioning as it's one marker for CVD

From what i've heard, a diet low in carbs can warrant higher SF. But on keto, you'll likely already be consuming more SF overall.
