I've been very happy with my Irwin Bench, the degree of customization he allows is second to none. Garth stays on top of it and nerds out about the equipment, which definitely adds to the process. It's a small shop so expect long lead time and delays.

The Elite FTS is made by Williams Strength and excellent also. They recently did some revisions on it to add QoL features like a UMHW ladder and more degrees on the incline.

I went with Irwin due to the slightly shorter bench height and how much Garth was willing to work with me for what I wanted on the bench.

Thanks. If cost is no object, and you don't want any customizations which do you think is the superior bench? Irwin has more adjustment angles I notice.

Has anyone tried the new Prime Plate Loaded lat pulldown 2.0? Is it better than the original?

What is the cost no object lat pulldown/low row combo? And smith machine? I know the nebulis one was touted in the past, but its no longer made. Is the arsenal Alpha the new top dog since it also does 0-7 degrees?

Money no object but space limited

I’m not sure if this has been answered already but a money no object for a small PT studio space?
I’m thinking the essential items will be a leg press or back squat, leg extension, leg curl, chest press, lat pulldown, chest supported row, lateral raise machine, calf raise and back extension
    What are everyone’s thoughts?

    Panatta purchases

Hi all, such a wealth of info in this thread!

I’m looking into buying a few machines from Panatta for my home gym. Specifically the high row and a couple of the chest machines.

Where do you all purchase Panatta from? It seems primo is quite expensive? I requested a quote through their official website about a week ago but haven’t heard from anyone yet (maybe due to holiday).

    Any upcoming group orders?

I am looking to add a pullover to my gym. I am hoping to find a nautilus pullover, but they are so hard to locate these days. What would be regarded as the best pullover you can buy new? Can anything come close to the old nautilus pullovers? or is that just the best ever.

Yes, I have it. Really adjustable but with a very heavy strength curve.

Heavy strength curve as in Start of the movement heavy? Bottom of the movement heavy? Heavy swing in strength curve, as in it changes strength curve from heavy to light, or light to heavy very quickly?
