I need help
I want to change my body, I want to improve myself. I gained about 20 pounds of fat ever since this quarantine and I’m not feeling too great. I wanna get back to where I was and more, I’m 19 years old and looking to get ripped. I don’t have much muscle on my frame and I have hard times with food. I’m 6’0 and I weight 190lbs. Should I meal prep? If so how. Gyms just openers up in my area so I’m extra motivated to grind and eat properly. Thanks.

Hello I am 18 years old and I have never attended a gym because I lacked time and permission from my parents. I would like to know what my body fat percentage is and if possible an estimate of how would I look in terms of muscularity (I know I have small amounts of muscle due to my training experience but I would like to see approximations in order to determine if losing fat until I see my abdominals is worth for me) if I end up losing fat to the point of making my abs visible. Thanks for your replies!!
My pictures are in my bodyspace.

These posts are not for this thread so you might want to take it to general weight loss forum as you are going to get more feedback that way.
However, as far as weight loss I personally feel like 70ish%+ comes down to diet or CICO (calories in/calories out). Download MFP or any free calorie tracking app and start keeping yourself accountable to where, when, and what you eat and make changes from there. I think resistance training, walking, good sleep will go along way for you outside of your diet. Feel free to look at my bio pics I went from 255+ to around 200 over the past year so it is possible and really improves all aspects of your life.
Good luck brother.

Sup guys! I put some pics on my profile of both relaxed and flexed postures, and would greatly appreciate some bf% estimates. My best guess is ~18% currently, while the goal is to keep cutting down to 12%. That would put my goal weight at ~174.25lbs, does this sound about right? thanks!
