Hi everyone!
First time posting on this website. My name is Caleb. Growing up I was mostly skinny, but around high school I started to gain weight. Was teased a bit. Then grew more and leaned out. Then started dating my wife and put the weight back on again! On the day of my marriage, I was 290. Few days ago I just hit 190, which means I've lost 100 pounds!
I still have a bit more to lose in my opinion (need to get that six pack!). I'm 26, 6'4, and weighed 189 the other day. Trying to get down to about 170 or 175, then do a clean bulk.
For the last 4.5 months I've eaten a strict plant based vegan diet. It was definitely a learning experience, but I actually really enjoy it, and I can't imagine going back. I'm not trying to spark any debates on whether its healthy or not, this post is specifically about my weight loss. Just saying that the 4.5 months of plant based diet was actually the easiest for me to lose weight. I broke out of my plateu.
Anyways, I've included a couple pictures showing the difference! I could have said a lot more, but didn't want to make a gigantic post. Feel free to private message me or comment here asking any comments or tips.
(I did not take any kind of weight loss supplements, or anything else. Just hard work, and a proper nutritional diet).
