Shoving refugees into the US wont save the problem, is a huge burden on us, and with mounting debt, unemployment, jobless and cram a few million illegals in the mix and weve had enough. This whole situation is an absolute joke.

Again, it doesn't matter if you're pro or anti-Trump, you should be able to be objective and look at how horrible this has been handled.

The EO is rushed out, under the guise of national security, which there's no actual proof was under immediate threat and angers a whole bunch of people and at best inconveniences many people while at worse treats them unconstitutionally. I don't know why Trump didn't just take the time to get the EO watertight legally and ensure that families and people traveling aren't fuked over causing far more hate than was needed towards him, also I have no idea what the point in his rhetoric over "radical islam" and focus on slamming islam in general, surely the more intelligent approach (even assuming he hates all muslims) would be to get these "anti-muslim" policies in place as quietly as possible without the hyperbole of needing to implement them instantly to stop bad people coming, like there's a queue of jihadists who were at airports ready to fly.

Then everyone is getting angry and throwing hate on the judge, including Trump. Why? Ok so you don't agree with his actions, well he's rationalized why he made the choice to suspend the EO and the legal reasoning behind it. So regardless of whether you're left or right wing, you should be able to view the logic taken and accept that it's part of US democracy. However instead of challenging it, Trump personally attacks the judge to try and discredit him while Trump supporters queue up to point out it's the west coast/he's a liberal/people are out to get Trump, well no it's a checks and balance system which stops Trump having the power to dictate over and above the constitution.

I'm pretty sure if Obama had made an EO saying everyones guns are being confiscated and a federal judge ruled it could be/is unconstitutional then these same people would be championing the system to keep him in line.
