    Not that I don't use hiit with myself and clients, I usually prefer good old fashioned LISS. I don't mind it at all. I love to read. Rather then look at it as 30 to 60 minutes of cardio, I look at it as 30 to 60 minutes of reading time.

    I might be able to pull that off it I had a recumbent bike, but I would get sea sick trying to read on the Elliptical

    And I wish I could get away with just LISS

    My cardio consists of basketball for about an hour a couple days a week. It's so much more fun than LISS

    I used to be able to do that when I was young... Then I tore up my ankle playing in the 30s and it was all down hill from there. Love to play with my kids, but that's about it

    Oh man knock on wood cause I'm playing tonight...I had always just played in regular shoes and rolled my ankle a couple times, nothing major. Then I invested in a nice pair of basketball shoes and haven't rolled my ankle since!
