So I have been looking at a greens supplement for my diet recently.
I do NOT eat many vegetables, if any. I am very picky when it comes to them. I pretty much just stick with caesar salads and that is pretty much cheating in terms of getting greens IMO.
So, would a greens supplement be worth it in this case? Do you actually notice that you have been taking it?
I have been looking at Controlled Labs Greens since I take most of their products already

Sure, they're definitely worth it. They're no substitute for eating veggies, but it's better than nothing, and a great addition to the diet. I highly recommend picking up a Nutribullet; buy frozen fruit at Trader Joes, throw some in with a bunch of spinach or kale, vanilla whey if you like, and blend it up. You can't even taste the greens.
CL's greens are great, but keep in mind the flavor is minty and goes good with chocolate protein (delicious by itself, may not mix well in a smoothie). SAN Green Supreme Fusion is fruity flavored, so it goes good in smoothies, but sucks with Chocolate protein.~ Roast Master, Resident Coffee Warlock~

While there is no true substitute for eating whole foods. A greens supplement can be very beneficial do someone who neglects the micro nutrients in their diet.

The way I look at it is it's better to over-do it than under-do it. I HIGHLY recommend fitting in more fruits and veggies in your diet regardless. But yes, a Green's supplement would be benefitial is ensuring you're getting a good round amount of nutrients.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

Mostly this. If you only like them in salad, maybe try dunking them in hummus or dressing (though obviously if you go crazy, you'll push the calorie count up, which you may or may not want, depending on your goals).
But if you aren't getting a lot and want to supplement:
Green Vibrance: Probably the top choice
CL Oximega Greens: Good bang for your buck
Prime Phytoform: Tastes the best but I think it's probably more fruit than veggies
I haven't had SAN's, but I'd trust that that one is quality too.Olympus Labs Representative

green vibrance used to be goat and is still good but they changed it
keep in mind its disgusting but just make in a small amt of water and chug it
SAN green vibrance tastes good and best profile imo outside of GV.
The spinach kale option is best though. You cannot taste it at all.Instagram: hyruliangoat_

E3 Live fresh frozen liquid Klamath Lake blue green algae is my all time favorite...you actually feel better shortly after taking it. That is harder to find though, usually in the freezer section if your local health food store carries it. Controlled Labs products are very good, I havent tried their green but looking at it, its very healthy for you.
