I used it because it was supposed to help with inflammation and autoimmune stuff (psoriasis). Did absolutely fuk all for me.

if you get epileptic seizures or have serious health issues it could help. but if you're healthy, have a good diet, and drink enough water you won't notice much. A lot of hype around it tbh I like it though for placebo, I just like smoking the green even if its all CBD. Just fun to roll one up and burn it in a cool spot.

I use the cream on my arthritic knees. I think it works a little better than the glucosamine & chondroitin does, but it's not a miracle cure.
