Question Would My New Routine be Too Much?

So I'm comming off a 12 week bro split (mon Chest, tues Legs etc.) and I'm gonna go down to 3 times a week.

    I plan to do :

    4 x 8 Deads
    4 x 8 Squats
    4 x 8 Bench
    4 x 8 bent over row
    4 x 8 Military press

    Mon wens and fri.

Would this be too much or what some refer to as "Over training" assuming my diet, sleep water intake and in check?

you cant overtrain training 3 days a week even if you do 40 sets per workout

Would be fine, but not too sure about the sets and reps. I wouldnt make them all the same. I would also split it up into Workout A and B.

So would you recommend higher or lower reps or sets?

I would add chins or pull-ups to the list and as stated above, split them into 2 workouts:

    A - Squat, Bench, Row

    B - Dead, OHP, Chins

Do A,B,A one week, then B,A,B the next week, and so on.
