So sore
I actually eat a more European diet. Greens, cheeses, meats. Cheese has lots of calories! I don't think there's anything wrong with surgery. I could up my cardio and be hungry and miserable for a couple months to drop a few more % of bodyfat, just to gain it back, or put monetary value on my time and invest that into a procedure that lets me maintain my lifestyle while getting the results I want!
But in Texas you have BBQ, fried BBQ, fried steaks, burgers, fries, nachos, bean burritos, it must be marvelous. What's your favorite American food so far?
It tastes green. My husband calls it, "fish food." Even with different flavors it still tastes green. I've been subsisting on it long enough that I really enjoy it and crave it. You know how all those Marvel superheroes drink those green smoothies in the superhero movies? This stuff is so green. So if Iron Man and Batman and them can do it, so can I!
Yeah I only take them when I have to really focus on something, as needed, so I'd never encountered the interaction before.
The protein I order from amazon, they have a subscribe and save feature. I go through 1-2 jugs of protein a month just using the meal replacements, w/ protein demands it's moving to 3-5.

Quads, hamstrings, glutes, outer glutes, inner thighs, lower back, illiapsoas, biceps, traps, middle back, and abs are all insanely sore.
Today I tried to hit the only two muscle groups that weren't sore: chest and calves.
Tomorrow will be fun with literally every muscle in my body being sore. Except my heart I guess, but I can just watch a sad movie to make that sore.
SUPER HUNGRY. Ate half a pizza(860 calories) and thought I would feel guilty about it, but just got hungrier a few hours later.Gym lifts: 260/130/285

I think so, don't remember, too soon to tell right now. I remember reading calves being the hardest muscle to train, requires a sadistic amount of stretching and a ton of reps. That's what the pros wrote about calves anyways, can't comment cuz I've never had big calves :-)
