Caffeine and Bronchodilation

Anyone notice that after consuming caffeine you can blow your nose more easily due to this?


I spend like 15min clearing the pipes, could be due to my dry and dusty room or I might have another health issue?

Dont know but I took around 600mg caffine within 4 hours and I feel like im dying.

Yeah I bought some caffine pills cause I was tired as chit. Took 1 ... nothing. Took another an hour later .... nothing. Took the the third ........ fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu uuuuuuuuuuuuu!

I have the same experience even more so when the pwo contains yohimbe

I have noticed more throat congestion since I started using a pre-workout with yohimbe. Not enough to really bother me that much though.
