Weekly progress
My current Weight is now 181 lbs
Waist is now 39.5 inches
I started adding LISS cardio in this week, either incline speed walking or elliptical for 30m Mon-Fri.
I also shaved because I feel that the progress is more visible without the hair in the way.
Diet has been on point, no cheat meals as of yet or cravings to cheat either.
Overall my energy levels have shot through the roof, I find myself waking up around 6 or 7 am naturally where as before I started I could sleep in till 10am.
I feel GOOD and I look better. Hope you all had a great week.
Down 9 lbs, 31 lbs to go.

Thanks. To me it does not look like much of a difference but i guess that is because I am so far from where I want to be that it is easy for me to overlook small changes. But progress is better than no progress even if its small. The numbers are going down nicely but i was under the impression I would look much more leaner.. lol
Anyway, I have been following a strict keto diet and i'm excited about having my first cheat meal this upcoming sunday, I have been craving Ben and jerrys half baked ice cream.

This weeks results
Today I weighed in at 182 lbs which was 1 up from last week however, my waist is a little less than 39.5 from last week. Diet is still at 1900 calories and macros are 60F, 35P, 5C. I am also seeing muscle gains from lifting which i am sure will make it look like im not loosing much on the scale due to muscle gain and fatloss happening at the same time. I have heard that its impossible for one to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time unless you are a noob (My situation).
Im about to head out to the store to go grab me some Ben & Jerrys ice cream for my cheat meal. Hope you all had a great week!

You have this mate, good job thus far, once you've got the plan down and executed for a few weeks it's just a case of repeating until lean
1/1/15: 93kg
19/6/15 78.5kg
27/6/15: 77kg
3/7/15: after pre psmf 280g carb up: 76.5
24/7/15 72.5kg (post psmf)
6/8/15 71.25kg
Goal:
68kg or 30" waist, whichever comes first.
Just keeping going, eating clean, training mean and getting lean ;)
Weight loss = (calories in < calories expended) x time, simple.

This weeks results #8
Hey everyone,
This week I made a change of lowering my cals to 1700 down from 1900 and upped the cardio to LISS 40m 5 times a week.
I weighed in this morning at 178.4 Lbs. So that was a loss of .6 lbs. My waist is now a little bit less than 39 inches.
Here are the progress pics for this weeks GRIND!!!!
Things I have realized from the past few weeks:
I am starting to realize and respect the fact that it is too DAMN easy to get the calories in but so DAMN hard to burn them OFF of your body. Everytime I see the amount of calories i burn on the elliptical machine, I feel upset at how much work it took to burn off that lil bit of calories. It annoys me so much that it really keeps me strict on my diet, because now i look at my food sources before i eat them and ask myself " DO YOU REALLY WANT TO EAT THIS? THIS IS GOING TO TAKE ABOUT 3 CARDIO SESSIONS TO BURN, ARE YOU WILLING TO MAKE THAT TRADE? Then when I think about it in my mind i say HELLLL NOOO!!!! This food is not worth me spending ALL that time on the ellyptical machine. Its been really keeping me in check from cheating or sneaking in calories from unwanted sources.

reflections:
After a month of working out, going to the gym and doing the work became automatic however, the battle shifted from being physical to being mental. My problem is no longer pushing myself to go to the gym but pushing myself to keep food out of my mouth... LOL. This has become a game of patience, consistency and discipline. I do all this hard work at the gym and my main goal is to not reverse my hard work at the gym by allowing myself to eat foods that will push me over my goal.
This happened a couple of times where in the morning before work, I would get hungry and make a quick stop at Wawa and pick up two breakfast sandwiches (540 cals per sandwich). Just that right there put me over 1000 calories in one day. This is a flesh vs the mind game at the moment for me. If I don't master this now, I know for sure I will fail in the future whenI get to that point where you have to work twice as hard for little results.

Early Weekly Update #9
Hey all, I hope you all head a great week. I'm giving an early accountability because my time is really tight tomorrow.
I weighed in this morning at 176.2 lbs and waist is now 38.5 in. So that was a 2.2 lbs loss this week and .5 loss on my waist, YESSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!. Im happy with 1 lbs loss per week but twice that has made my suffering this week worth it.. LOL. This week my daily Caloric intake was 1700 using keto and cardio 6 times for 40m Low intensity incline walks and i have also been drinking a gallon of water everyday. I was having a craving all week of pizza but I was able to beat it, but tomorrow I am planning to eating a couple of slices for one cheat meal so that i can finally give my mind some rest... LOL
Here are this weeks progress pics. So far I have lost 13.8 lbs and 26 lbs more to GO!!

Thanks Phoenix, after all that talk I didn't end up eating pizza, but i did eat like 6 muffins, 6oz Steak with rice, 8oz Ribs with bacon and shredded cheddar loaded mashed potatoes with corn on a cob, a PB&J on Hawaiian bread, like 4 or 5 garlic knots and passion fruit juice.
One word, BLOADEDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!
Maybe I will wake up tighter tomorrow morning. LOL
