I pulled 600 sumo yesterday, this represents a 100 pound increase to my pull this year. I almost had 610 later, probably would have except for a few small things.
There is a link to a poorly angled video of the 600 lift up in my individual workout journal. I didn't post it here because its long since I self placed the camera and you can't see all of the weight when I am lifting it. I wanted to leave an unedited version so its clear I did actually lift the weight.
I'm contemplating what I can do next year. 700 is ridiculous, but I need a difficult, yet attainable goal. I do want to restore my squat to at least 500 next year so, perhaps I should focus on that. Its not enough!

Thank you! More a reflection on the sad state of today's youth. But i am happy to say my 17 yo nephew in Germany has started going to the gym. I hope he keeps at it.
Exactly, SM. Camera perched on the back of the couch with the timer on. I blurred out the background since I didn't need everyone to see the details of my living room (aka tropical plant winter storage area).
Thank you!
That's insane. But I wouldn't expect anything lessPeace: Lift Long and Prosper!

I've spent the last year building, eating in a surplus and lifting my ass off. I was out of the gym for 2 months with a back injury. I'm back now and it's going ok but I'm still not at 100%.
I'm sitting between 138-140 lbs. I originally thought I'd go till I hit 145 lbs, but it's just not happening and I can't see myself getting any heavier.
I plan to start my cut right after Christmas. I haven't made any plans to compete this year. However, I'd like to make plans to meet up with our very own ACC for a photo shoot. We chatted a while back and hopefully can make it happen. I'd like to do an outdoor shoot after the snow thaws. His outdoor/nature pics are simply amazing and I think it would be cool. Let's hope I don't break his camera.
I'm going to lean out to 125 lbs. I'm hoping to look a bit bigger and leaner compared to last year's 125 pic below.
Awesome work everyone. Keep it going!National Level Competitor (Female BB)

Thanks for the support. I made a little more progress with my one arm snatch. My form is still garbage but 105 lbs is coming up pretty easy anyways. More importantly, my shoulder is pan free doing them, which is huge because it wasn't that long ago I needed help just to change my shirt.

Damn NG, impressive strength again!
C, that's just something I wouldn't even attempt, because I'm human AND would most likely injure myself.
Kimm, you are jacked!
Doc, wish I could say I'm still as lean as you, unfortunately I like Christmas cookies and everything that goes along with them. Love the tree!
My diet is completely blown. Hit 199 lbs. this weekend but I haven't taken a day away from the gym over the holidays and I'm enjoying the extra strength and size.
