how could we possibly know if you have made good gains if we don't know what you started at?

Also, how much is a high bodyfat? Were you already overweight when you started 7 months ago? If so, sounds like you should have started out with cutting and not with bulking up even more. Now it is going to take you longer to cut down to the 12-14% range.

Of course all this is just guessing, since we don't know where you were when you started.

1- you had muscle when you were 275 just had less definition
2- since you lost weight , you did follow a cutting diet without knowing it,
3- we meant info liftswise ?

    1. I had no strength or mass when started lifting, my squat was like 90 same with bench.
2.I didnt exactly cut to call it one I would cut for 2 weeks thats it and would go back to my matinence cals
the first couple months I wasnt really serious btw I just want to know if I have a decent amount of mass and lifting numbers.

Sometimes I have the hardest time figuring out what threads on here are trolls and which ones are just people who have trouble communicating through writing.

Anyway, if you've lost all that weight and have gone from 90 pounds to 315 on your squat then I think that speaks for itself. 7 months is a decent period of time to get to that point in. Not the fastest I've seen, but not the slowest either.
