Solid and I mean SOLID progress. Tbh I don't even think ab definition is a must here, your general shape looks good. But yeah, as said above, hit the back a touch more to bring out the full potential of the upper torso.

Not necessarily. Crazy lifts ≠ the body you want. If your goal is to keep gaining mass (it should still be, who was legs) prioritize that and let any extra drip down to strength pursuits (when you're capable/overcome your technical issues).
Correct
This will help too.

Mirin hard work and determination. You've came a long ways. Be proud srs.
Now for your test level.... that is horrible at your age man. I would go see a Endo. You could easily have your test levels at 1100-1250 on a low dose and you will make amazing progress furthering your physique.Currently (not natty<natty)

i think the kyphosis was more related to me rolling my shoulders forward. I started walking up more straight with my chest out and doing a lot more reverse cable flyes and rotator cuff exercises to push the shoulders back and keeping a conscious effort not to roll them forward.
well all my size is all upper body. I have no lower body mass since I neglected squats or any other lower body work. So I'd be much heavier with that. also muscle belly insertions and distribution of fat and muscle? Or maybe you're higher BF Than you think? There's lots of variables, no two people will ever look the same with the exact same stats.PSN: solidsnake2688

even though I have broad shoulders, I have very small wrists and ankles, so I would never look good at 220. I think around 180-190 is where i'll look best at low BF. And i'm glad for your progress, but as I stated we all have different starting points and different genetic makeup that makes us progress in different ways.

It's not about giving 100%, that's bull****. It's about working smart. (http://www.lift-run-bang.com/2013/01...-from-sam.html one over thousands of examples)Don't fall in the lifting obsession cateogry either. Life dosen't gravitate around weightlifting.
You have had good progress.
However, I don't know you starting lifts ; but right now they are a bit low for 6 years. And I will be honest with you, you could've got bigger. Forearm and traps are good, lower back less.
Given your developpment, you seem to have potential ! Especially since you told that the last 1,5 year was very successful. It may be exactly what you say. That would do in reality 3 years of progress therefore making the gains of rather good quality.
I would suggest 5/3/1 who was cns version, as you are familiar with 5/3/1 ; PHAT which is extremelly good or Alberto nunez split if you don't have the time for PHAT. You can also check the intensemuscle forum and try rest-pause training if you haven't. PPL (as you did) and upper/lower can also work. Even some bro-split would do the trick... As long as they are balanced.
Also don't know if you posted about it, but did you check your metabolic rate, macros, diet etc ? Could help with the gains.Last edited by Tosma; 01-21-2015 at 12:05 PM.
