In for BSN support! I really enjoy this flavor. It so refreshing when added to ice water right before your workout or as I sometimes sipped on it throughout the workout

Matz doin it big yet again. Cherry Limeade sounds delicious - my favorite drink to get at Sonic
My nutrition goal this year is to simply get more phytonutrients into my diet. I believe my diet has been great over the past year, but could be better as fruits and veggies have always been dominated by meat and other carb sources in my meals. The training goal I have this year is to be able to add 100+ lbs more than I'm able to lift now for each of the Big 3 by the end of the year. Looking forward to continue to build lean mass throughout the year.
Good luck to everyone and also with your 2015 thick solid tight goalsLast edited by phatmarky; 01-05-2015 at 09:48 AM.

Edit: I realized a couple ingredients are things I can't take. I admit, I got carried away by the cherry limeade flavor...I love cherry limeade! lol But, I want to stay in for support. It's a great promo, so good luck everyone!
My New Year's Resolutions:
1) Do 5 chins ups in a row (I can do about 3)
2) Do 1 Pull up
3) Overhead press 100 at least once (My one rep max is 85 so I don't have far to go. Of course, adding weight this lift is a b*tch! lol)
4) Deadlfit 225 lbs (I can pull 200 once so again, I'm to to far off.)Last edited by HealthNut12; 01-06-2015 at 06:59 PM.

Awesome promo , I have been dying to try the new version of n.o. xplode and now an awesome new flavor. My resolution is to get my bodyfat under 8% by keeping the diet clean 90% of the time and changing my carbs from white flour/rice to sweet potato and brown rice. My training goals are to stop trying to lift ridiculous weight for me and focus on the feel and mind muscle connection. N.O. Xplode pumps will definitely help in my quest. Happy New Year!

In I would love to try the new flavor or n.o.-xplode. My goals for this year are to get alot stronger! I want to hit a 405lb squat currently at 350, a 315lb bench currently at 280, and a 500+ pound deadlift which I'm currently at 475! Hope everyone else sets great goals they want to achieve this new year!

My ongoing goal is to increase my pound for pound strength, and this year I'd like to lose body fat along the way.
A new goal that I have set for this year is to complete a half marathon by the end of the year. My birthday in December usually hits the week after the Dallas Marathon. That's my target run. I'm not really a runner, but I already started the year with a 5k. It's gonna be interesting to see how the running affects my fat loss and/or gains?
For those of you out there who might know, does running ever get easier?!?
I've only tried N.O.-Xplode from a sample pack. Loved it. Cherry limeade with a punch? Yes, please.Instagram: @kidgeek_fitness

Never had the chance to try no xplode so why not try the best flavor haha? My goals are simple this year but by no means easy. I compete in powerlifting but want to look fit while doing it. So my goals are to total 1500 this year which would be a 500+ squat, 600+ deadlift and 350ish bench. However, I want to have a visible 6 pack when I do it. That means training hard and eating but not over eating for the sake of absolute strength. I am fully confident I can do this but it will be a grind for sure.

My new year resolution is to run the Spartan Race, Warrior Dash and Conquer the Gauntlet all this year. Personal goal is to run each courses under an hour.
Off topic but I was in "Shoppe" today and they were running Syntha-6 Banana half price. I asked why and the lady said probably redoing the flavor. Is that true? Of course I picked it up because I also had a $10 off so it ended being 9.90 for a 2 pound tub.

Looks like my dude matzah is hookin it up yet again! Very generous!
Had the chance to try out blue raz of this stuff and I loved it, left a solid review and would love to do the same for this stuff! Cherry Limeade sounds amazing!
As far as what I want to accomplish this year, I'm just gonna keep chipping away at my goals, same as every year. Ive been in this game for a long time now, another year will yield more progress and im just gonna keep doin my thing! One thing I will try to do though is keep my diet a little cleaner. I eat a TON of food, and sometimes it can be junk heavy. Gotta work on that a bit.
Other than that good luck to all!!!god give me strength, you know i need it

Finally in on TheMatzah Giveaway!
New Years Re:Solution, Since I just graduated with my BS in Psychology I am finally able to focus all of my energy into bodybuilding. I will take this whole year into bringing the best condition I've had and compete in a few local NPC shows by November of 2015.

My New Year Resolution was to not make any New Year Resolutions. Success!
My goals for the year, however, are to continue to improve. I had a long term goal that I reached last year to be in better shape at 40 than I was at 30. So now I want to be in better shape at 41 that I am now at 40.SOME PREVIOUS LOGS:

id love to do this. ive done past supplement sample reviews on all the products that came to me. my new years resolution is too drop weight. i feel that id rather pick up more athleticism by reducing my bulk. i was always honest about the products and never favored a company thats already large and well known. ive done a few sponsored logs already to completion. i do the store reviews also for the free samples i get too. 100% honest. if i liked it, you would know.

my wife and i have 2 young daughters aged 7 and 5. our New Years Resolution is to get them pointed down the path to healthy and active lifestyle choices while they are still impressionable. i dont think theres anything sadder than child obesity and its running rampant in this country! i, for one, am not going to allow my children to fall into this fast food and video game induced abyss. we have decided the kids can have fast food ONCE a week (afterall, they are still kids), have already enrolled them in afterschool physical activities of their choice and we're limiting their TV and computer usage to reasonable levels.
my wife and i made the conscious choice of a healthier and more active lifestyle a couple years ago when we found ourselves overweight and spending most of our little free time on the couch. we joined a gym and cleaned up our eating habits and feel sooo much better now.
i just want to instill these ideals into my kids before bad habits are formed. to me, there is nothing sadder than seeing 'chubby' kids stuffing greasy french fries and cheeseburgers down their throats on an almost daily basis with their parents approval. this is a recipe for disaster...
thanks for listening to my rant and for the opportunity to win. i love BSN products and would be thrilled to review the new Cherry Limeade NO-Xplode...it sounds delicious!

I started that journey two years ago for the exact same reasons so good luck man! You can't fail at this one
And NO Xplode Cherry Limeade is not only tasty, but man does it give you some serious pumps! I love it on my pull days One more thing, I got hooked on drinking it in the summer instead of coffee as it is hot as you know what down here in South Florida.Previous Logs:
