Yep-this is all theoretical. Neither HHH or Punk have any history of being tough guys or getting into fights. This is hardly like Doc vs Haku or Shamrock vs Blackman as to where there is a lot of history & a debate over who the toughest or best shooter is.

Sure can't-Brock was a great amateur wrestler & a physical beast who was willing to learn enough to win the belt from an old man & defend it against the guy he dominated on his UFC debut but lost due to a rookie mistake. The game soon caught up to him as did his abysmal diet.

Maybe they could get Emmanuel Yarborough or that chump Rourke knocked out the other week.

ufc numbers are way down this year so they needed something to reignite interest in the product and punk is that...they also didn't want bellator signing punk given bellator kicked their ass the other week head to head on tv.

its a win win for punk. he keeps his name out there and returns to wwe at the age of 40 to mainevent wrestlemania 35 on a huge multi-million dollar deal.

Kurt was known to be a great learner and picked up the prowrestling maneuvers very quickly, could have possibly translated well into MMA also, but its one of those thongs we will never know
