I'm about to pick up a few tubs of that conqu3r pre workout and I see it uses creatine o phosphate. I've always just used creatine monohydrate but since I'll be using that on training days should I pick up an extra tub of creatine o phosphate for off days? Does that serve in place to monohydrate or is it separate? Kinda confused.

Was out of cell range, they had us covered though
Info from our COP label
Creatinol-O-Phosphate
Creatinol-O-Phospate Powder, 100g
Goals: Build Muscle, Increase Strength, Recovery
Benefits: May Help with Strength†, Supports Improved Recovery Times†
Despite the similar name, Creatinol-O-Phosphate (COP) is not creatine. While the compounds share structural similarities, they are different molecules with different effects. COP is an attractive ergogenic aid that may be useful for athletes and bodybuilders looking to help with strength, endurance and recovery. COP has been shown to act as an intracellular buffer to help clear lactic acid, and has been used to improve overall athletic performance by increasing anaerobic glycolysis.†___----Xtend Representative----___
