I don't think it's an unfair trade. Both teams improve, and Farley backed himself into a corner with picking two TE's, but actually got a very nice piece for Graham. Would anyone even be surprised if Jones finished as a top five WR this year?
Maybe my team will make Imp feel the pain week one.

I trust that the majority of the league understands that and will get it right.
But FWIW I either use commissioner approval or no approval necessary (instantaneous) in my standing leagues and have never had an issue. They either went through and that was that or I approved them as soon as I saw them. No issues.
Really, I see no reason to make people wait through a voting period. If something is so blatantly wrong that it would get veto'd, the commish (me in these cases) can reverse it/put a hold on it/whatever using the magic wand and then simply ask for a vote on the league's board (or people can speak up and then that action can be taken)
But again, I haven't had a problem in the 6+ years I've been a commish.

I don't get why people use a 2 day wait. During the season that can really be an annoyance. With most weeks having games on Thur, Sun, and Mon, and waivers going through overnight from Tue to Wed, what 2+ day period do you want players tied up awaiting a trade to finalize? Guess you just don't trade guys who are playing in a Thur game that week or you initiate the trade before waivers run?

I do one day so nothing stupid happens Sunday mornings. I've been in leagues where idiots have just swapped players Sunday morning due to byes then swapped back after the week was over. If someone does something right before kickoff then the commish would have to be there literally that second to change stuff.

That's why I am currently only using commish approval. I did the instant one year when people asked, but am back to approval. It is faster than a 1 day wait but still avoids things like that...just in case you have cheaters in your league.
If I had an instant setup, and I was commish when that happened, I would make use of the magic wand to retroactively edit their rosters/lineups. And they would not be invited back.

I just think Graham is way ahead of Jones. Graham is locked in for a monster year and Jones has some risk. Imp probably danced around his house naked after that deal
But it is what it is
Doesnt matter much but farley also threw him a wr
Graham for Jones was enoughNY Rangers - NY Giants - NY Knicks - NY Yankees

Naturally.
I floated this past guys on another board and most of them said that if I Julio was the best I could get for Graham I should have taken more time and shopped Julius to see how much I could get for him instead. Probably should have done that. Oh well, it is what it is, and I think Julio should deliver
