Hey everyone, this is my first post on here. Have been looking into intermittent fasting and am keen to see how I go with it. I was just wondering how to start it though? I don't plan on beginning now, but after my next bulk. What I mean is, should I have a couple weeks of maintenance before starting it? Or just jump right into it?

Fasting for 16 hours per day has zero proven beneficial effects on fat loss. In fact a study has shown that it slightly increases resting expenditure.
Some people get less hunger with IF, some people report higher alertness. Some people feel cold and cranky. Something to try for yourself.
