    Cellucor ZMA supp and women

    Hey all,
I recently purchased a Cellucor stack because I wanted to try their whey and pre workout, and it came with ZMA pills. The bottle says not intended for use by women, which I stupidly did not check beforehand and being a young woman, I was wondering if I took less than the recommended dosage if that would harm me in any way?
Doing some research has shown me that ZMA pills basically up your sinc an melatonin levels and promote free testosterone for men who are low in it.

The ZMA portion is fine for you, the trib has traditionally been used to increase female fertility. I'd probably avoid it based on the trib.

No reason at all to think anything negative will happen to you. The label says that as a lot of the marketing and promised effects are aimed at men.

You'd still probably benefit from taking it. Magnesium deficiencies are common and linked to decreased insulin sensitivity. Zinc might inhibit aromatization of test to estro a little bit, which would have a positive physique impact in theory for you.

    It's a supplement, not a hormone. Don't worry.

Should be fine. It's not like you'll grow a penis from taking ZMA. The hormonal impacts are likely not significant, barring any medical conditions/low hormones/deficiency/etc.

Like poison said, the trib may or may not be your cup of tea.

But can it be taken by women who want to increase/improve their muscle mass?

We do not suggest ZMA for women as stated on the label.
