Just because the US/UK governments don't deny its existence doesn't mean it's not top secret; they don't deny the existence of Area 51, AUTEC, Porton Down or Dugway Proving Ground either but they're all significantly more clandestine than your average military base.

has anyone thought that maybe the two supposed "terrorists" were actually detained onboard, and the airplane cloaked with new tech and flown to the base to be put under lock and key
the crash is a coverup to buy time from the terrorists group becoming revengeful. this is like some secret cia/nsa type of hollywood chit. Then the plane ends up floating to the island in pieces, everyone survives except the "terrorists". Meanwhile the terrorist group that was gonna claim responsibility was being killed off by the seal teams thousands of miles away within the 30day period of transponder pings.
just think, if the terrorist group was watching all this, they wouldnt do anything if the plane crashed and their guys died or havent been found yet..

it's not exactly "top secret" but it is a storage base for missiles. My buddy was stationed there for the past 4 years. and yes, they would have absolutely been able to detect it.

I don't know about you guys, but if you happen to look at the transcript around 12:42:48 where it says "Okay level one eight zero direct IGARI Malaysian one err Three Seven Zero," the pilot makes a mistake by saying "err." I know everyone's human and makes mistakes and all, but somehow I don't think the pilot should have made the mistake about reading the numbers. Maybe I'm over observing this, but could it be possible that the pilot was 'nervous' about some reason (possibly a threat on board or his own personal objective)? What do you guys think?
